Forecasters are calling for clear, sunny skies and a high around 80 degrees in the metro-east Tuesday.

Tonight, residents can expect more clear skies with a low around 60 degrees.

Wednesday ... Mostly sunny, with a high near 88 degrees. South wind 6 to 13 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.

Wednesday Night ... Partly cloudy, with a low around 72 degrees. South wind 7 to 13 mph.

Thursday ... A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly sunny, with a high near 89 degrees. South wind 7 to 11 mph.

Thursday Night ... A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1 a.m. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 72 degrees.

Friday ... A 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 86 degrees.

Saturday ... Partly sunny, with a high near 86 degrees.
