An O’Fallon man was still in critical condition Tuesday morning after surviving a motorcycle accident Sunday that killed his wife, according to Minnesota police.

Sgt. Troy Christianson said 55-year-old Bradley Titze suffered serious injuries when he and his wife Mandy Titze, 57, hit a deer while riding their motorcycle in Winona, Minn. They veered over the center lane and were hit by an SUV.

Mandy Titze died before emergency crews arrived.

She was the owner of Mandy’s East State Bar in O’Fallon for 15 years. The community gathered Monday evening to mourn her death.
