East St. Louis man sentenced to prison for dealing cocaine

An East St. Louis man was sentenced Friday to nearly three years in federal prison for dealing cocaine.

Howard S. Mister, 42, pleaded guilty in April to distributing multiple kilograms of cocaine around East St. Louis in late 2015 and early 2016.

Police arrested him in March 2016 as he attempted to sell two kilograms of cocaine for $32,000.
