Officers from the St. Louis County MetroLink Unit arrested a man Saturday on a MetroLink platform, according to a media advisory.
The arrest occurred about 1:30 p.m., after officers received information that a known drug dealer was near the North Hanley MetroLink station in Carsonville, Mo., and likely armed, the release stated.
The unidentified man reportedly became combative, and officers used pepper spray to bring him under control and arrest him.
The man had a firearm that was reported stolen and multiple small baggies full of suspected drugs, the advisory stated.
