Highland police searching for woman pictured in Walgreen's surveillance footage

The Highland Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a women seen in surveillance footage.

The woman, whose image is shared on the department's Facebook page, was at the Walgreens at 110 Walnut Street in Highland on or about Jan. 12. The white woman has a thin build and was wearing a pink jacket over a possibly black-and-white striped shirt. She had her dark red or dark pink hair pulled into a ponytail in the photos.

Police say they were asked on Jan. 25 to investigate an "incident" at the Walgreens, and the woman may have information related to a theft.

Additional information was not released.

Highland Police are asking people to call 618-654-2131 if they have information about the woman's identity.
