Crews rescue driver from overturned car in Belleville parking lot

One person was hospitalized after they struck a concrete block and their car overturned in a pub parking lot in Belleville.

The driver of the car hit a large concrete block in the parking lot of Crehan's Irish Pub at about 4:39 p.m. Saturday, Fire Chief Tom Pour said. The car rolled over and the person had to be removed from the vehicle by fire crews.

The person was taken to the hospital but did not have life-threatening injuries, Belleville Lt. Mark Heffernan said.
