After more than 10 years, the St. Clair County Fair returns to the Belle-Clair Fairgrounds this summer, bringing with it a pair of big concert headliners on July 30 and 31: Noah Cyrus and Bret Michaels.

Cyrus performs Thursday, July 30. Her show will open at Fair St. Clair with a special performance by Franklin Jonas & The Byzantines.

Cyrus was a child actress known for minor roles on “Hannah Montana” and “Doc” and voice work as the lead in the English version of the Japanese anime film “Ponyo.” In 2021, she appeared on an episode of “American Horror Stories,” according to her IMDb page.

She made her debut as a recording artist in 2016 and is the youngest sister of Miley Cyrus and daughter of Billy Ray Cyrus.

Goodbye June will warm up concertgoers Friday, July 31, before rock icon and Poison frontman Michaels takes the stage in Bret Michaels Live & Amplified 2026.

Michaels was a member of the rock band Poison from 1983 through the 1990s. He produced and starred in the reality show “Rock of Love” and continues to record music.

General admission tickets for both shows are available online at the Belle-Clair Fairgrounds website. The gates open at 6 p.m. for each concert.

Other planned events at Fair St. Clair include live music, stock car races, rides and games, a petting zoo, agricultural exhibits, and food trucks, according to the event website.
