A thunderstorm is possible Tuesday afternoon in the metro-east, according to the National Weather Service.
A hazardous weather outlook was issued Tuesday for most counties in the metro-east. Tuesday’s forecast includes a 20 percent chance of thunderstorms after 3 p.m. Tuesday with a high of 90 degrees. The National Weather Service also reported a 30 percent chance of rain and thunderstorms mainly after 4 a.m. overnight.
Tuesday night should see a low of 75 degrees.
More rain and storms are possible throughout the week in the metro-east, ranging from 30 to 50 percent chance to precipitation Wednesday through Friday. High temperatures are expected to remain in the 90s.
