Engagement: Finger-Bugger

Valerie Anne Finger, Perryville, Mo., and Edward Ross Bugger of Highland are engaged.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Kim Finger of Perryville, Mo., and late Terry Finger. She is a 2009 graduate of St. Vincent High School in Perryville, Mo., and a 2014 graduate, with master’s in occupational therapy, from Maryville University in St. Louis, Mo. She is currently employed at Perry County Memorial Hospital in Perryville, Mo.

The future groom is the son of Ned and Margie Bugger of Highland. He is a 2010 graduate of Highland High School and a 2014 graduate of of Fontbonne University in St. Louis, Mo., where he earned dual degrees in business administration and sports management. He is currently employed at Perryville Country Club as clubhouse/golf course manager.

The couple is planning a Nov. 5, 2016 at St. Vincent de Paul Church in Perryville, Mo.
