Webster University senior women’s soccer forward Allison Ferguson, a 2013 graduate of Highland High School, accomplished a rare feat on Saturday as she became only player in in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) to score a goal against every conference team during the 2016 campaign.
Ferguson notched her team-leading 12th goal to help the Gorloks roll to a 9-0 win at Eureka College in Eureka, Ill. and cap off its third perfect season in the past four years in SLIAC play. Webster (11-7, overall, 9-0 SLIAC) is 35-1 over the last four regular seasons in the SLIAC and 49-3 over the last six. Webster has home field advantage for the SLIAC Tournament and hosts Westminster College in the semifinals on Wednesday at the Soccer Park. A Webster win would pit them against the winner of the Fontbonne University/Spalding University semifinal on Friday at the Soccer Park.
Last Thursday, Ferguson scored her 11th goal to stake the Gorloks in a 7-0 victory over Blackburn College.
And on Tuesday of last week, she pumped in her 10th marker in a 6-1 win over Spalding University.
