Just one year removed from wearing OTHS blue and gold, Mikaid Stewart continues to make a name for himself in area bowling circles.
A member of four consecutive state qualifying teams while attending O’Fallon, Stewart is now carrying the mantle of the Lindenwood University–Belleville and putting up big numbers.
Recently, Stewart was named as an Academic All-American bowler. His effort on the lanes also has helped Lindenwood to qualify as one of 16 teams who will compete for the national title in Wichita, Kan., in the near future.
In achieving the lofty position, Lindenwood–Belleville becomes the first satellite university to qualify at the nation.
