“I am happy to be part of the O'Fallon-Shiloh Chamber of Commerce and neighboring community and would like to express my appreciation for the confidence and support received from family, friends, church family, parents of children enrolled and my staff,” Creative Minds owner Patricia Canada said. “We are here to make a difference in the lives of children and thank our parents for providing us with this opportunity. Our unique curriculum and diverse enrichment programs offer a promising start to a bright future for our students.
