Scott Spouses’ Club Charitable Association Scholarship Program announced

The Scott Spouses’ Club is pleased to announce its 2017 Scholarship Program to recognize outstanding military dependent high school seniors as well as the continuing education of military spouses.

The SSC is a nonprofit, private organization, not affiliated with the Department of Defense or any of its components, and has no governmental status. No federal entity or funds sponsor this event.

The SSC Scholarship Committee was established to acknowledge and reward outstanding academic achievement, school and community involvement of eligible United States military member dependents and spouses, of any rank, by offering financial assistance for study at higher learning institutions.

The Scott Spouses’ Club Charitable Association raises funds through membership events and sponsorship from our community. SSCCA scholarship monies vary from year to year, and will only be approved if the SSC board has the necessary funds. These scholarships will provide financial assistance for college toward a major of the student’s choice. Dependents of members of any branch of the U.S. Armed Services (active duty, retired or deceased) are encouraged to apply.

Please visit our website at the Scott Spouses’ Club website to view the scholarship application containing the policies, procedures and eligibility requirements. Contact Katie Cisewski, the SSC Scholarship Chair, at for additional information concerning our scholarship program or interest in becoming a donor.

Scholarship applications are available now online at our website. Please pay special attention to the postmark deadline of March 1, 2017. Scholarships will be awarded on May 2, 2017.
