TUESDAY, MARCH 24

8:50 a.m. Failure to register as a sex offender — 101 S. Illinois St.

8:51 a.m. Failure to register as a sex offender — 100 block of North Delaware Street.

8:52 a.m. Failure to register as a sex offender — 600 block of North Charles Street.

9:10 a.m. Occupancy permit violation — First block of Berrywood Drive.

10:13 a.m. Housing complaint — 3200 block of Roland Avenue.

9:27 a.m. Domestic incident — First block of North 96th Street.

10:45 a.m. Criminal damage to vehicle — 800 block of South 20th Street.

10:51 a.m. Traffic accident report — Mascoutah Avenue at South Green Mount Road.

11:02 a.m. Traffic accident report — South 74th Street at Old St. Louis Road.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

TUESDAY, MARCH 24

Theodore D. Dale, 48, of 1400 N. 53rd St., Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated driving under the influence on or about Oct. 30 by Belleville police. Dale allegedly, drove a 2005 Mazda on South Illinois St., in Belleville, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol; drove a 2005 Mazda on South Illinois St., in Belleville, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol, and the defendant, at the time of the commission of said violation was involved in a motor vehicle accident that resulted in the great bodily harm of Kelly Wettig, and said violation was a proximate cause of the injuries to Kelly Wettig. Defendant had previously committed the offense of driving while intoxicated on July 4, 2004 in Dallas County, Texas and driving while intoxicated on May 27, 2010 in Tarrant County, Texas.

Shamika T. Carroll, 24, of 1311 Julie, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery and domestic battery on or about March 23 by Cahokia police. Carroll allegedly, in committing a battery, and while Shamika T. Carroll was at Midwest Petroleum, 2201 Camp Jackson Road, Cahokia, a public place of accommodation, knowingly made physical contact of an insulting or provoking nature with Kevin Cox Jr. in that she struck the face of Kevin Cox Jr. with her fist.

MONDAY, MARCH 23

Travis L. Dallas, 35, of Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Justin C. Prude, 25, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of credit card fraud and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Ricky D. Davis, 47, of Belleville, warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Kym P. Cooper, 32, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to a vehicle by St. Clair County sheriff.

Craig E. Summers, 43, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to land by Belleville police.

James J. Dobbs, 52, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of all other criminal offenses by Belleville police.

Muhammed K. Ali, 25, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated assault by East St. Louis police.

Demetrius L. Beaver, 42, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to property by East St. Louis police.

Calvin B. Johnson, 56, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of four traffic violations and warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Lamarr K. Anderson, 47, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft by Belleville police.

Lonnie C. Edmonds, 22, of Centreville, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by East St. Louis police.

Paige E. Quirin, 23, of Swansea, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Cheryl E. Quirin, 46, of Swansea, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Marketia M. Hatcher, 23, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery by Belleville Police.

Edwin R. Wiercixszewski, 40, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon, suspended or revoked driver’s license and drunkenness by Belleville police.

Michael G. Murdock, 25, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of battery by Cahokia police.

Anthony Deberry, 43, of Belleville, arrested on suspicio of retail theft by Belleville police.

Tatanshika R. Elsaw, 43, of Shiloh, multiple warrant arrest by Shiloh police.

Fred W. Williams Jr., 48, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence by Fairview Heights police.

Curtis A. Williams, 34, of Belleville, arrested on suspcion of driving under the influence, no driver’s license and traffic violation by Fairview Heights police.

Julie A. Easton, 35, of Percy, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver’s licesne and traffic violation by Freeburg police.

Emanuel K. Boyd, 25, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.

Tyran L. Trotter, 24, of Cahokia, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.4
