THURSDAY, MARCH 26

2:39 p.m. Drunkenness, local laws — 1200 block of Royal Heights Road.

6:31 p.m. Aggravated assault — 9400 block of West Main Street.

7:43 p.m. Fraud — 200 block of South Belt East.

8:04 p.m. Theft of lost or mislaid property — 1900 block of West A Street.

8:17 p.m. Driving under the influence of drugs — 1800 block of Lebanon Avenue.

12:31 a.m. Domestic battery — 1400 block of East Main Street.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

THURSDAY, MARCH 26

Corey D. Segar, 24, of 410 N. 21st St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of three counts of aggravated battery and firearm without valid FOID Card on or about March 21 by East St. Louis police. Segar allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly made physical contact with Kisha Williams, a pregnant person, in that he repeatedly struck her on the head, slammed her head on the floor, grabbed her by the hair and dragged her; knowingly possessed a firearm, a Ruger Revolver, without having in his possession a FOID Card previously issued in his name by the Department of State Police under the provisions of the FOID Card Act.

Dean A. Anderson, 28, of 224 Donald St., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of public contractor miconduct and aggravated battery on or about Oct. 23, 2013 by Centreville police. Anderson allegedly, a public contractor with the State of Illinois and the East St. Louis School District 189, while in the preformance of a contract with the State of Illinois and the East St. Louis School District 189, knowingly performed an act which he knew he was forbidden by law to perform, in that he committed a battery, knowingly without legal justification made physical contact with a male minor, date of birth Oct. 23, 1997, in that he shoved the male minor off of a chair to the ground with his hands; in committing a battery, was at the Juvenile Transition Center, 4850 Market St., Centreville, a public place of accommodation, knowingly made physical contact with the male minor, in that he shoved the male minor off of a chair to the ground with his hands.

Kyle D. Lewis Sr., 29, of 1745 Harvest, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about Dec. 18, 2014 by St. Clair County sheriff. Lewis allegedly, had in his possession a substance containing clonazepam.

FRIDAY, MARCH 27

Raymond E. Owens Jr., 36, of 554 N. 41st St., East St. Louis, arrersted on suspicion of criminal damage to government property and criminal trespass to a residence on or about March 25 by East St. Louis police. Owens allegedly, damaged, without consent of the East St. Louis Housing Authority, the front door of the resience at 1328 N. 44th St., Apt. 7G, East ST. Louis, the Roosevelt Homes, which property is supported in whole by federal funds, said damage not in excess of $500; entered the residence of K.C., located at 1328 N. 44th St., Apt. 7G, East St. Louis, at a time when said defendan tknew that one or more persons were present in that residence.

Joseph W. Godwin, 20, of homeless, arrested on suspicion of unlawful failure to report change of address as a sex offender from between Feb. 14 and March 26 by Belleville police. Godwin allegedly, a sex offender, knowingly failed to notify registering law enforcement agency of change of address, with the Chief of Police of the City of Belleville, within 3 days of change of his residence address.

Brendon L. McIntyre, 32, of 6906 W. A St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of retail theft on or about Feb. 11 by Belleville police. McIntyre allegedly, took merchandise from Target, 5601 Belleville Crossing, Belleville, being a Bose brand and a Sonos brand sound systems, total retail value in excess of $300; took merchandise from Target, 5601 Belleville Crossing, Belleville, being two Sonos brand speakers, total retail value in excess of $300.

THURSDAY, MARCH 26

Kelia M. Holman, 33, of Belleville, warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.

Dortavius J. Johnson, 21, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Corey D. Segar, 24, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery by East St. Louis police.

Oliver M. Dotts, 41, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of retail theft and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Deangelo T. Johnson, 20, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver’s license and traffic violation by Swansea police.

Candace N. Burnett, 22, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail tehft and probation violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Eduardo Vela, 51, of Belleville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Jessica M. Baldwin, 24, of Dupo, warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.

Cassandra S. Moore, 28, of Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by Collinsville police.

Kyle D. Lewis, 29, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and probation violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Larry D. Beard, 19, of Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver’s license and traffic violation by St. Clair County sheriff.
