The St. Clair County Intergovernmental Grants Department will award four $1,000 scholarships to college students studying in the fall.
Individuals must be residents of St. Clair County and meet federal income guidelines to be eligible.
Other requirements include the following:
▪ Must be a 2017 high school graduate or adult enrolled in undergraduate studies or occupational training at an accredited two- or four-year college or university in Illinois or an online degree program.

▪ Must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours or full-time online coursework for fall 2017.
▪ Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA.
