Our permanent early voting sites are now open. You can vote at the St. Clair County Courthouse in Belleville, Caseyville Township Office in Fairview Heights and the O’Fallon Township Office in O’Fallon. All the permanent and temporary sites, dates, and times are on our web site at: www.countyclerk.co.st-clair.il.us or call our office for this information. Anyone in St. Clair County, outside of East St. Louis, can vote at these sites.
The permanent early voting sites will be open 15 days continuously before the election, including weekends.
After the largest primary election voter turnout in 50 years, we expect this general election to be a real record setter. Please use these early voting sites to vote for the Nov. 8 general election. Delays on Election Day may be unavoidable.
Grace period voting is from now until Nov. 8. You can register to vote and vote at the same time at all permanent and temporary early voting sites.

You can apply for your vote by mail application electronically online or download the form, fill it out and return to the County Clerk’s Office, 10 Public Square, Belleville, IL, 62220. Your request will be processed and you will be sent a ballot to vote by mail. Nov. 3 is the last day to apply for a ballot by mail.
