Why we don’t need a wall

With all due respect to Mr. Busse, the Secure Fence Act provided funds to build a 700-mile wall to protect the southern border that is exposed by open land, stretching from Tijuana, Mexico to El Paso, Texas. The rest of the border is protected (more or less) by the Rio Grande River. I’m not quite sure that building a wall along the river is necessary, but we’ll see what the future holds.
