He seems to fancy himself a great satirist

The scurrilous and hate-filled dreck that Roddy Riggs regularly unloads on your letters column is unworthy of a humane, or for that matter, sane human being.

It’s clear that he regards Liberals and Muslims, among others, as menacing vermin.

He seems to fancy himself a great satirist, ostensibly in the mold of Jonathan Swift or H. L. Mencken.

His verbal skills, such as they are, rather place him at the level of Joseph Goebbels.
