Follow Federal Flag Code when displaying American flag

To all of the cities and/or villages of the metro-east, have you ever heard of the Federal Flag Code? It states that if you with to fly the flag at night, it must have a flood/spotlight from beneath the flag. For the village of Millstadt, all of your flags on Main Street on your streetlight poles all fly illegally. The lights must be from below the flag pointing up at the flag. Suggestion — solar-powered lights on every pole.
