Wood pile is a manufactured issue

It is obvious that Alderwoman Pat Baeske’s interest in my wood pile is strictly personal and has nothing to do with city codes and standards. This issue was placed on the Planning Committee agenda earlier by Baeske and was determined to be within code. As such, it is officially closed as a non-violation by the committee.

It really boils down to this. The wood pile has been there for years and has not violated code. Baeske raised it as an issue in an effort to demean me in the eyes of the voters; she supported my opponent in the campaign for Ward 3 alderman.

It really is personal dirty politics by a sitting alderman who refuses to accept the official decision of a committee of which she is an active member.
