Obama library will cost Illinois

I saw in paper recently that the President Obama’s library will be built in Chicago. Since Illinois is so deep in debt right now, I would like to know how we as a state are going to help pay for it. Will it be a case of raising taxes even on the poor, or just a lot more on the rich?

We are having to cut in so many places to get out of the situation that our last two Democratic governors put us in, so where is this money supposed to come from? Maybe the state could have a bunch of bake sales and such.

So for all those Democrats: Where do we get the money to build his precious library in Illinois, or should we go ahead and go even deeper in debt to get the job done? If Pat Quinn had won re-election as governor, we would for sure being going deeper in debt.
