Closed society

In regards to Joseph Reichert’s request to see the curriculum taught by the O’Fallon school system and not getting any real answers, forget about it. The public school system is a closed society today.

Didn’t used to be that way when I was growing up in the 1950s-1960s. Kids today are taught nothing but warm feelings, social consciousness and social justice (getting something for nothing usually). Team this up with the idea that right and wrong are always negotiable, and you have a bunch of messed-up kids who have no real idea of right or wrong, responsibility, and what real problems and solutions are.

But, when your instructors are all union members, with a real socialist bent on outcomes, it’s no wonder we have such brilliant younger generations who are big on talk and bling but short on zing and achievement. Little union clones are being produced every day right under your nose and we are paying for it.

I think it’s over for this country. Greece, here we come.
