Just like in 1973 with Roe vs. Wade, the “Extreme” court has once again decided to intervene against societal norms and make law, rather than interpreting and abiding by the Constitution. It’s not what some idiot like Jon Gruber actually wrote, regarding Obamacare, but what his “intent” was. Then they allow gay marriage, which goes against the beliefs of virtually every religion on earth. Look for them to bless every future and present illegal immigrant in the very near future.
Fast forward to a Seattle, Wash., gay pride event, where five openly gay libertarians carried pistols on their sides, with AK-47s and AR-15s slung over their shoulders. Now, this is progressive (emphasis added) Seattle, which for decades has been anti-gun, and was taken to court and forced to uphold second amendment rights.
I say oorah for those people. I’m glad they stood up to the establishment. However, I wonder what would have happened if conservative straight people had openly carried weapons like that?
Funny isn’t it, how the “Extremes” can continuously make controversial decisions, with no regard to constitutionality. But they cannot make one sweeping, definitive, end-ll discussion decision on gun rights, which is n the Constitution. A right that was so important, our founding fathers placed it at number two in the Bill of Rights.
I guess, from now on, all we have to do to circumvent restrictive gun laws is put a rainbow sticker on our firearms.
