Most every morning I stop to purchase a newspaper and a soda. I am polite and will hold the door for anyone. However, I will not relinquish my place in line.
I don’t know how many times I have stood in line with these two simple items behind someone that is in absolutely no hurry at all buying lottery tickets for what seems like the whole neighborhood.
I am not rude. I work for a living and I can’t afford to waste money on lottery tickets. Instead I enable those on Welfare to do so.
