My point

Russell Fette still doesn’t get it. My point was that all the research he has done is both irrelevant and immaterial. Every one who cares already knows the story of Joe Wilson and Valerie Plame. It’s not important now. The question was and is “What did you know before 1994 and when did you know it?”

All the sources he has mentioned may have known, but we didn’t . No one in the “general public” knew. No one had heard of either of them until after Iraq. Did he know about them before then ? Did he know the content of Mr. Wilson’s report, which destroyed the fallacious report of Yellow Cake Uranium put forth by the British? Did he know it then?

Only after Cheney and others set out to ruin them in order to justify the attack on Iraq did the information become germane and important. Who was Mr. Kristof really working for? Mr. Fette’s conclusions are essentially a non-sequitur and incorrect..
