How US ranks in guns

The United States is number one in gun ownership in the world with 90 guns per 100 people. But the U.S. is number 111th in murder rates worldwide. If the rest of the U.S. had the murder rate of Detroit, we would be number two worldwide. If the U.S. had the murder rate of Plano, Texas, we would be 211th.

The cities in the U.S. with the highest murder rates have the stiffest gun laws and have had Democratic leadership for decades. Make your own conclusions on that but check out “Number One With A Bullet” on YouTube.com while you’re thinking about it.
