In February 1977 I got reassigned from Fort George G. Meade, Maryland to the 574th Personnel Service Company at the Regional Personnel Center, Hanau, Germany. Part of my assignment was working with a German civilian who ran a passport control office in our building. We prepared reports of birth, department of state, applications for passports and miscellaneous other duties including collecting fees for passports.
If Ted Cruz was born in Vancouver British Columbia, his parents should have applied for a Department of State Report of Child Born Abroad to qualify for U.S. citizenship. If they did not, then one cannot be issued now and Ted Cruz can never be president of the United States. Ask him to produce said document.
