Helping the animals

To celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, the Tom Qualls Foundation for People and Animals, Wishing Well Ministry Outreach, will have a benefit for God’s animals Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at God’s Corner, W.P.E.O. Inc., 6103 N. Park Drive, Washington Park. There will be free hot dogs and chips with a donation of of dog or cat food, etc., or a smoke detector.

We wish to take this opportunity to thank God and everyone who donates. We thank a World War II Air Force veteran and his wife for a $20 donation. We thank a Vietnam Marine for a $10 donation and a Vietnam Army veteran who helps us every month when he can. There is nothing like doing the Lord’s work. We are so very thankful and grateful.

As we salute Old Glory and all of our veterans and troops, let’s pray hard for a cure for cancer and diabetes. Say yes to Jesus and not to drugs. We have T-shirts to pray for a cure for cancer. Oh Lord we pray, amen. Let’s all say yes to Jesus and no to drugs.

Let’s all write letters from the heart. All life matters, white, black, red, etc. Please remember, working smoke detectors saves lives. Then, now, forever, do what you can for all walks of life. Write a letter to the BND. They care. Do a good deed. All good deeds matter, especially coming from the heart. Remember: WWJD (What Would Jesus Do).
