Lay blame where it belongs

I was awestruck after reading a letter by a woman who blamed the governor for the grants that won’t be issued. She says five generations of her family benefited (and are still benefitting) from past grants. Pity if any was wasted on her. Why isn’t she laying blame where it belongs, at the feet of the Democrats that are bankrupting the state. She thinks it’s OK to write grants when you are billions of dollars in debt.
