A spiritual war

This horrific event in Orlando marks the stark difference between Islam and Christianity. Islam is a religion of hate (in general) and Christianity is a belief that love conquers hate and sin. The real, eternal God hates sin but loves the sinner. Jesus (God in the flesh) told us to love one another even as he loved us.

We are involved in a spiritual war with Satan on the side of evil and sin and God/Jesus on the other calling for repentance from sin and acceptance of his love for us. Those who turn from sin and accept God/Jesus’ call to salvation are Christians.

I had a friend who was a homosexual in high school and early adulthood. He accepted Jesus’ call to salvation and turned from a perverted lifestyle, married, had a son and his son is now principal of the school of his youth.

It just goes to show that you can turn away from perversion of the lifestyle that you are born to follow. The path is a fork in the road and you can choose normality or sin.

God/Jesus loves all who sin: Murderers, adulterers, lying, cheating, theft and sexual perversion.

These so-called: “Gay Pride” things make God sad that his creation has gotten out of bounds.
