Notwithstanding the real or imaginary wrongs the United States may have inflicted upon Middle Eastern peoples, Islam itself — the religiously driven mechanism designed to achieve world political governance, domination and control — is the root cause of the problems which presently blaze in the Middle East and around the world. Islam is the true evil we must overcome because it seeks to destroy every person or government which opposes its political expansion and dominance.
ISILs pursuit of Islamic objectives (expansion and domination) has nothing to do with America’s past actions or its presence within the Middle East. ISIL has arisen from Islam as the result of natural events. Just as the historical advents of other horrifically barbarian empires were essentially self-generated phenomena, radical Islam is now taking its turn on the world’s stage as a spontaneously arising form of modern day barbarism.
The civilized world can either decide to destroy ISIL, or ISIL will continue to grow in regional power and become increasingly strengthened in its military capabilities. As ISIL grows in power, it will continue to both export terrorism and kill innocent people who only wish to lead their lives in accordance with their non-Islamic values.
We need not tolerate Orlando-style Jihad butchery. We must do whatever may be necessary to quickly and summarily destroy ISIL (and its offshoots). If another similar monster arises in the days to come, we must be prepared to destroy each new threat which is spawned by Islam.
