Three cheers

Three cheers for the Brits in the “leave or remain” referendum. They stood up and took their country back from the ruling (read, monied) class.

If referendums have not yet been outlawed over here in the States, might we take our country back as well. We could start with NAFTA — break and leave, move on to the International Money Fund that doesn’t enforce interest on loans — withdraw and leave, and maybe finish with the “gun eliminators” at the United Nations — pull out and keep our homes safe.

Wouldn’t that shake Wall Street and the power elite in, you know, that place on the Potomac.
