According to gossip driven website TMZ.com, St. Louis catcher Yadier Molina is being sued by a New York-based promoter for failing to show up for an autograph signing session.
According to the promoter, Molina took more than $90,000 to do the autograph events. The suit claims more than $175,000 in damages. The story doesn't specify when the events were held.
