If you were hoping that Hanley Ramirez would be benched or suspended until after the Marlins left town, you're going to be disappointed.
Florida manager Freddi Gonzalez said on Miami radio Wednesday that his All-Star shortstop will be in the lineup hitting third when the Fish get to St. Louis.
Of course, Ramirez might have other plans. He mouthed off that he lost respect for the Marlins manager when he was pulled from a game Monday after booting a ball then lolligagging after it. So we can always hope that he refuses to play -- or that if he is in the game, he refuses to chase balls at better than walking speed or to bend over for grounders...
