2011 World Series game two: Top of the fourth

Jaime Garcia got into trouble for the first time by walking Texas leadoff man Ian Kinsler. But he got Elvis Andrus to hit a lazy pop fly to right field and then got Josh Hamilton to sky a ball to medium left field. Hamilton just doesn't look good with a reported groin injury and I am surprised that the Rangers let him to continue to bat in the middle of the order.

Michael Young hit a two-out single to centerfield that was one step beyong the reach of Jon Jay. It was the first hit of the game for Texas. Andrian Beltre with two outs hit a foul ball that hit Kinsler leading off from third in a scary moment. The ball hit Kinsler in the shoulder, just missing his head. But he was able to laugh it off.

After falling behind Beltre 3-1, Garcia rallied back to strike him out and end the Rangers threat.

Rangers 0, Cardinals 0.
