Things to do on Monday: Free concerts and truck and tractor pulls

CONCERT ON THE SQUARE: Four of a Kind will perform a free concert at 7 p.m. Monday on the Public Square in Belleville. Bring a lawn chair.

SUMMER ORCHESTRA: The Belleville Philharmonic Intergenerational Summer Orchestra perform at 7 p.m. Monday at Grace Church, 5151 N. Illinois St. in Fairview Heights. Admission is free. An ice cream float social follows the concert.

MONROE COUNTY FAIR: Admission to the fairgrounds in Waterloo is $10 after 3 p.m., which gets you into all the exhibits, rides and arena shows. The Monroe County Antique Pull and the Farmer’s Class Tractor Pull and ITPA Truck Pull are all at 6:30 p.m.
