“•  Create a climate in which people have ‘Confidence to Invest’ which spurs residential and business development

•  We must be fiscally responsible in providing services, but not penny wise and pound foolish

•  Our city must continue to provide the highest level of public safety services possible

•  Increase our city’s attractiveness, especially at our gateways

•  Continued emphasize on economic development, to remain competitive in our region.”
