Caitlin Lloyd, a 2018 graduate of OTHS, has been awarded a prestigious P.E.O. STAR scholarship. She was selected to receive this award based on her excellence in leadership, extracurricular activities, community service, academics, and potential for future success. She was nominated for the scholarship by Chapter LJ of the P.E.O. Sisterhood, an international philanthropic and educational organization that promotes educational opportunities for women.
