Where can you get the best burger in southwestern Illinois? Tell us your favorites
I love a good burger. (Who doesn’t, really?)
But everyone has different ideas about what makes a burger good. And this new survey is a way to tell us who you think makes the best.
Is it the double (or triple) patties? Is it topped with bacon, extra cheese or a fried egg? (I like avocado and a big ol’ onion ring on mine.)
Whether it’s beef, turkey, or plant-based, if it’s a burger you love, we want to know where to find it.
And while we know about the big chains like McDonald’s, White Castle and Wendy’s (been there, done that, have the T-shirt), what we’d like to do here is highlight the local eateries.
You know, the mom and pop shops and well-kept secrets with some of the best burgers around. Let’s shine a spotlight on the top picks chosen by you, the readers.
