Recipe of the Day: Tangy Broccoli Salad
TANGY BROCCOLI SALAD
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons white vinegar
6 cups small broccoli florets
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup chopped red onions
Mix first 3 ingredients until blended.
Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add dressing mixture; mix lightly.
Refrigerate 1 hour. Makes 12 servings, 1/2 cup each.
