Contemporary new restaurant debuts in East St. Louis
DraftKings at Casino Queen has opened its newest eatery, a “contemporary new restaurant serving elevated American classics,” according to a recent press release.
Bridgeway offers casual dining and includes a dining room, central bar and a private dining room available for small gatherings and events.
“We designed Bridgeway to honor the history of the Mississippi River, our many local bridges and the dishes of our community, from both sides of the river,” Marc VanderWeele, general manager of DraftKings at Casino Queen, stated in the release.
“We’re excited to provide a new space for our neighbors to gather, eat and drink with each other. Whether playing on the casino floor, making wagers in the new DraftKings at Casino Queen Sportsbook, or just in the mood for a night out and a delicious meal, Bridgeway will be the spot.”
Guests can enjoy cocktails, wine and beer at the bar, located steps away from the casino floor.
The release lists the following signature cocktails:
The Bridgeway Spritzer — Line 39 chardonnay, Cointreau, fresh citrus and seltzer
The Double Barrel Sour — Basil Hayden, Buehler cabernet and sweet and sour
Ginger Apple Mule — Stumpy’s Unbroken Green Apple vodka, ginger beer and lime
Bridgeway’s menu features “classic American favorites” that include sandwiches, pastas, entrées as well as appetizers, salads and soup. The menu is posted on the DraftKings at Casino Queen website.
Bridgeway is open for dinner 4-10 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday. Reservations can be made by calling 618-261-8829, through OpenTable or online at draftkingsatcasinoqueen.com.
