Last week I introduced our latest restaurant poll and asked you, good readers, to nominate the places you think make the best steak.
To my delight, many of you came through. For that, I thank you.
Some of you even shared the preferred cuts of steak and how you like them cooked. (I still prefer mine uncut, alive and well, grazing in a field, but I digress ….)
