Metro-east bar and grill adds all-you-can-eat crab legs to menu. Popular café extends hours
Today, good readers, I have some more restaurant tidbits for you.
Included are an added menu item at one place, extended hours at another, and a new way to order food (with perks!) at a third.
Think of the info as a snack to tide you over until my next restaurant column.
Here’s what I have for you:
No-Jacks Bar & Grill
Starting Tuesday, July 25, No-Jacks Bar & Grill will offer all-you-can-eat crab leg dinners.
The new weekly dinner item will come with a large baked potato and garden side salad, according to an email sent to the BND by No-Jacks owner John Lanterman.

The weekly nom-fest joins others that include Monday steak night, Sunday fried chicken dinners and Fishy Fridays.

Mission Taco Joint
Monday, July 24, is National Tequila Day.
Mission Taco Joint will mark the occasion with the launch of its new “MTJ App,” a new mobile app that customers can use to place orders for pick up or delivery, according to a press release.
And to celebrate, each person that downloads and orders from the app between Monday, July 24,and Friday, July 28, will be entered to win – wait for it – a one-year supply (12 bottles) of Mission Taco Joint’s MTJ Blanco and MTJ Reposado tequilas.
We’re talking about private label stuff here.
“Having the MTJ App is like having Mission Taco Joint at your fingertips. So, what better way is there to promote and celebrate its launch than by giving away a bunch of tequila?,” Mission Taco Joint co-owner Adam Tilford stated in the release. “There’s been high demand for an app like this for a while, and we want to make eating tacos easier for everyone. Don’t forget that you can get margaritas too.”
Customers using the app can order from MTJ’s full menu (appetizers and entrées) and to-go large format cocktails. Use of the app will also offer rewards to users.
So free chips and salsa? Yes, please!
Folks can download the app from the App Store or Google Play.
Mission Taco Joint has seven Missouri locations, including Soulard, The Delmar Loop, Central West End and Kirkwood, and one location in Kansas.
