You can still vote for your favorite new restaurants in the metro-east. The results so far
Well, it’s been nearly a week since we launched our latest food-related reader poll, and I wanted to check in with you and share the rankings so far.
In this poll, we asked two questions.
The first, which restaurant to open in 2023 is your favorite? The second, which new café, bakery or dessert place is the fave?
Here’s what readers are saying so far:
For favorite new restaurant, Clara B’s Kitchen Table is leading with 32% of the vote.
Reine is in second place with 25%, and Los Amigos Mexican Restaurant has 14%.
The others are:
Marco’s Express - 11%
Grüv Bistro & Wine Bar - 7%
Steel Town Burgers (formerly Down Home Cookin) - 4%
Followed by Clean Eats, Fusion Bar & Restaurant and Lexi’s BFF - 0%
In the café/bakery/dessert category, the list is as follows:
Holy Crepes! - 25%
Crumbl Cookies - 15%
Oh So Sweet Bakery - 10%
Sweet Little Things - 10%
Alibi Cookies - 5%
Azúcar, Old City Bakery - 5%
Matt’s Café - 0%
If your favorite isn’t as high up in the rankings as you’d like, well, get in there and cast some votes.
The poll is open through Sunday, Aug. 13, so there’s still plenty of time to pick those faves.
