Features: Sharpen your knowledge on how to use the most important tool in the kitchen — a sharp knife. Guest instructor Nancy Schneider, owner of Chef Shoppe in Edwardsville, will cover the essentials of which knives are best and cutting techniques. This class will help you cut food more quickly and accurately as we practice on locally grown produce. Students will use their new skills to make a sandwich and to slice dessert.
