What Is Kraft Mac & Cheese Restaurant Edition?

Kraft Mac & Cheese Restaurant Edition brings the rich taste of restaurant-style mac and cheese right to your kitchen table, without the high price tag that comes with dining out.

Each box of Kraft Mac & Cheese Restaurant Edition offers 30 percent more food compared to the classic blue box. This makes each box fit to feed a family of four for less than $1 per serving. What's more, prep for these box meals is just as simple as regular Kraft Mac & Cheese; just add milk and butter!

After testing more than 40 different flavors, Kraft Mac & Cheese's culinary specialists developed three varieties for the Restaurant Edition line including Parmesan Pesto, Romano Cacio e Pepe, and Monterey Jack Caramelized Onion. These flavors were thoughtfully crafted to pair distinctive cheeses with complementary pasta shapes, making for a flavorful dining experience that feels just like going out to dinner.

Kraft Mac & Cheese Restaurant Edition features 10 grams of protein per serving as well as real, premium cheese and pasta made out of a durum wheat semolina blend. When it comes to the specifics of each flavor:

  • Parmesan Pesto: Gemelli noodles paired with a herbaceous basil pesto and parmesan cheese combination.
  • Romano Cacio e Pepe: Peppery goodness and Pecorino Romano cheese meets Pipette noodles for a rich and satisfying meal.
  • Monterey Jack Caramelized Onion: The perfect balance of savory and mellow, this dish combines caramelized onion and milky Monterey Jack cheese with Cavatappi noodles. Oh, and this is also a first-to-market mac & cheese flavor.

Kraft Mac & Cheese Restaurant Edition will be rolling out nationwide this month, starting at $3.49 per 9.5-ounce box.
