Carvel Blends up a New, Improved Recipe for Signature Treat
Carvel just revealed it's updating one of its menu items to be "better than ever" with millions of customization options.
The 90-year-old ice cream shop chain is home to signature recipes like the classic Flying Saucer, Fudgie the Whale ice cream cakes, indulgent Sundae Dashers, and, of course, the Carvelanche, which it introduced in the '90s and is now relaunching this month with a new and improved recipe.
Among the changes are also expanded customization options, giving guests more control over how they order their Carvelanche than ever before. Carvel is also offering a special limited-time delivery promotion commemorating the update, offering free Carvelanches for one day this week-talk about a sweet deal!
Carvel Updates Its Signature Carvelanche With a New Recipe and Enhanced Customizations
The new recipe "perfectly layers Carvel's signature real soft serve ice cream and premium toppings with an optimized blending process," according to an official press release. The company says the new recipe-which returns six refreshed fan-favorite menu items-results in a smoother texture, richer flavor and more consistent mix-ins.
