PEANUT BUTTER PANCAKE MUFFINS

2 cups Original Bisquick

2/3 cup milk

2 whole eggs

1 cup maple syrup

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

Chocolate chips (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a cupcake pan with 12 liners.

In a medium bowl add the Bisquick, milk, eggs, syrup, and peanut butter and mix until combined.

Pour into cupcake liners filling about 3/4 of the way.

If desired, sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Bake for 14-15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Serve by itself or with additional maple syrup. Makes 12 servings.
