POTATO CHIP-CANDY BROWNIE PIZZA

1 box fudge brownie mix

1/4 cup water

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 eggs

1/2 cup M&Ms

1 1/4 cups coarsely broken rippled potato chips

1/2 cup Rolo Minis or other chewy caramels in milk chocolate

2 tablespoons salted caramel ice-cream topping/sauce

Heat oven to 350 degrees (325 degrees for dark or nonstick pan). Generously grease or spray 12-inch pizza pan.

In medium bowl, stir brownie mix, water, oil and eggs until well blended; spread in pan. Top with 1/4 cup of the M&M’s. Sprinkle with potato chips and remaining M&Ms.

Bake 24 to 26 minutes, or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from center comes out almost clean. Cool 5 minutes; sprinkle evenly with chewy caramels in milk chocolate. Cool completely, about 1 hour. Drizzle with caramel sauce.Makes 16 servings.

Tips: Place brownies in the refrigerator to firm up the chocolate on the pizza faster.

You can use regular potato chips in place of the rippled potato chips.
